ACLED Hiring a Remote Growth Coordinator (Salary: $55,000–$60,000)
The Armed Conflict Location & Event Data (ACLED) organization is currently recruiting for a Growth Coordinator to support its global expansion and engagement efforts. Key Role: Growth Coordinator
The Growth Coordinator will play an important role in expanding ACLED’s global audience and engagement. The position focuses on building and managing growth channels such as email campaigns, webinars, virtual events, and product communications to convert ACLED’s audience into active users, partners, and customers.
The selected candidate will work closely with sales, research teams, and leadership to translate ACLED’s data insights into compelling campaigns that generate measurable growth.
Main Responsibilities
Some of the key duties include:
- Growth & Demand Generation: Execute multi-channel growth campaigns to expand audience reach and generate leads.
- Email Marketing & Automation: Manage newsletters, campaign emails, automated workflows, and audience segmentation using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Webinars & Virtual Events: Organize and promote industry webinars, roundtables, and virtual events to drive engagement and partnerships.
- Product Communications: Develop messaging for ACLED’s data products, including launch campaigns, sales materials, and case studies.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and improve marketing ROI using data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
- 5+ years of experience in global growth or marketing roles, ideally in the impact sector, tech for good, or international NGOs.
- Experience with digital marketing, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.
- Knowledge of automation tools and digital advertising campaigns.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in conflict prevention and international development issues.
Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Arabic are considered an advantage.
