LoneDMA refers to standalone hardware Direct Memory Access (DMA) cards, customized PCIe firmware frameworks, or memory scraping utilities utilized in game research and security testing. It allows an external system to read and write directly to a target machine"s memory layout, completely bypassing kernel logs.
