How to Log In to Seneca Polytechnic

What you need before you log in
- Your Seneca Student ID number (students) or your @senecapolytechnic.ca email (employees)
- Your account password, set up through myid.senecapolytechnic.ca
- Access to your MFA method (phone, authenticator app) if you’ve set up Microsoft Multi-Factor Authentication
- A supported, up-to-date browser

Enter your Seneca ID or Seneca email
Students typically sign in with their Seneca Student ID number; employees typically use their
@senecapolytechnic.caemail address. -

Passwords are case-sensitive. Turn off Caps Lock if you’re having trouble.

Complete Multi-Factor Authentication, if prompted
Students who’ve set up Microsoft MFA will be asked to approve the sign-in via text, call, or an authenticator app.

You’ll be redirected to your account dashboard once verified.

Confirm your MFA phone number or authenticator app is current at myid.senecapolytechnic.ca, and allow a few minutes for delivery.
