Purpose of the Sponsorship Intern

The role holder will support the Sponsorship department with processing correspondences, communications with field teams and logistics support handling. He /She will also support other colleagues in the department to sponsorship data accuracy and reporting end-to-end to grow impact for more vulnerable children.

Major Responsibilities

• Sponsorship Correspondence Processing Support (To & Fro): Assist in receiving, sorting and dispatching of Sponsor Letters and Chosen Introductory Letters, ensuring that all sponsor and sponsored child information is complete and accurate. This includes tracking and helping data entry into Sponsorship Horizon Hope.
• Communication with Field Teams & Courier Service Providers: Support the regular flow/delivery of parcels for sponsors, such as letters and updates for sponsored children.
