PFLogin guide
- Go to the official PFLogin : pfloginapp.cloud.aa.com/loginb2e
- Enter your AA ID:On the first screen, input your standard employee AA ID (User ID) and click Next.
- Password & Multi-Factor Authentication:Enter your secure password. Depending on your current network or location (on-site vs. remote), you may be prompted to complete a security verification via Microsoft Authenticator or Duo Push.
Important Troubleshooting
If you receive a “Something went wrong” error message, it usually means you are hitting the bare login gateway without an active application request.
If you are having trouble logging in, try these steps:
Use the Specific App URL: Instead of going straight to the PFLogin home page, always try to access your specific work tool directly (such as JetNet, the Crew Check-In portal, or Envoy Air portals like myenvoyair.com). The site will automatically redirect you through PFLogin securely.
Clear Browser Cache: Old login sessions can cause loop errors on the cloud.aa.com domain. Clear your browser cookies/cache or try an Incognito/Private window.
Contact IT Help Desk: If your AA ID is locked or your multi-factor authentication token isn’t pushing to your device, you will need to contact the internal American Airlines IT Help Desk or your regional carrier’s specific IT support line.
