Face encoder

A face encoder describes a deep learning computer vision neural network pipeline (such as FaceNet or InsightFace models hosted on GitHub) that analyzes facial landmark structures to transpile a human face image down into a highly precise 128 or 512-dimensional vector embedding matrix.
