Socket proxy

A socket proxy describes network proxy application servers or connection-handling scripts (such as SOCKS4/SOCKS5 server architectures written in Python or Go) engineered to intercept, transparently wrap, and forward raw TCP/UDP data streams between endpoint nodes.
