To log in to the Outlook login portal, follow these steps:

Go to the official Outlook login page by entering https://outlook.com or https://portal.office.com in your web browser.

Enter your Outlook email address (your Microsoft account email like @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, etc.) or your work/school email address if using an organizational account.

Click “Next” and then enter your password.

If prompted, complete any two-factor authentication steps you have set up.

Click “Sign in” to access your Outlook mailbox.
For work or school accounts, you might access Outlook via the Microsoft 365 portal at https://portal.office.com, then select Outlook from the app launcher.
If using the Outlook desktop app, you can add and sign in to your account by entering your email and password directly in the app.
If logging in for the first time on the web, you may need to select your time zone before accessing your mailbox.
This process applies to Outlook on the web and the desktop app and supports both personal Microsoft accounts and organizational accounts (work/school)
