Plan International is Hiring – Interim Talent Acquisition Manager (Global Opportunity)
Plan International has announced a new opportunity for an Interim Talent Acquisition Manager to support global recruitment efforts and strengthen the organisation’s talent pipeline. This role is ideal for experienced recruitment professionals with strong end-to-end hiring expertise in international environments.
Position: Interim Talent Acquisition Manager
Organization: Plan International
Type of Role: Family leave cover (approx. 1 year) starting end of May 2026
Location: Flexible – available in countries where Plan International has offices
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for mission-critical and global hub roles
• Develop talent pipelines and actively source candidates
• Coordinate recruitment strategies with internal stakeholders
• Ensure fair and robust selection processes and evaluation criteria
• Train hiring managers and interview panels on recruitment best practices
• Improve recruitment systems and tools (including HRIS/SuccessFactors)
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and employer branding
• Support succession planning and workforce strategy
Who They Are Looking For:
• Experienced recruitment specialist with strong end-to-end hiring experience
• Experience in international or global recruitment environments (preferred)
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns and tight timelines
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equitable hiring practices
Salary: Location-based (approx. £45,000/year if based in the UK)
