UNICEF Internship Opportunities 2026: Youth Participation & Public Partnerships Roles Now Open
UNICEF continues to offer meaningful internship opportunities for young professionals and students who are eager to gain hands-on experience while contributing to programs that improve the lives of children and young people worldwide. Currently, two exciting UNICEF internship positions are open in Eswatini and Japan, targeting individuals passionate about youth empowerment and public partnerships.
UNICEF Eswatini, and more specifically the Lifelong Learning, Protection, and Development section, is looking for a talented young intern who is passionate about working on youth participation, skilling, and empowerment issues and is eager and excited to enhance his/her educational experience through innovative and practical hands-on work assignments. This unique opportunity will allow the intern to actively contribute to UNICEF Eswatini’s mandate and programme priorities, making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children and communities.
2.Public Partnership Intern, PPD Asia-Pacific Pillar Office in Tokyo
The Public Partnerships Division (PPD) works to strengthen UNICEF’s position as a partner of choice for children’s right among governments and public actors around the world. The intern will acquire direct practical experience in PPD Asia-Pacific Pilla Office in Tokyo (PPD Tokyo)’s work and the United Nations system by supporting the office’s quality assurance, analysis/research, communication and administrative tasks related to resource mobilisation with the Government of Japan activities under general guidance of the supervisor (Public Partnership Manager).
