- Visit the Site: Go to lifestance.com/patient-portal/.
- Select Your State: Choose your state from the dropdown menu to be directed to the correct regional portal.
- Enter Credentials: Type in your email address and password.
- Log In: Click the “Sign In” button to access your account.

- Forgot Password? Use the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to receive a reset link via email.
- New Patients: If you don’t have an account, contact your local LifeStance office to request a portal invite.
