AdventHealth uses the “Account” portal (formerly MyAdventHealth) for all patient records and appointments.
- Visit the Portal: Go to account.adventhealth.com.
- Enter Identity: Type your email address and click “Next.”
- Enter Password: Enter your secure password on the following screen.
- Dashboard: Click “Sign In” to view your records.
