The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is the secure website for military members and their families to manage their health information.
- Visit the Portal: Go to the official website at my.mhsgenesis.health.mil.
- Accept the Terms: A standard Department of Defense warning banner will appear. Click the ‘OK’ button to continue.
- Select Your Login Method: Click the button for DS Logon, CAC, or DFAS (myPay). Most people use their DS Logon username and password.
- Enter Your Credentials: On the next screen, type in your username and password and click ‘Sign In.’
- Enter Security Code: You will be asked to enter a security code sent to your phone or email. Type the code in to reach your dashboard.
