To access DocsTransfer:
- Open the login page:
DocsTransfer Login - On your computer, the site will display a QR code and a verification code.
- Open the Docs Transfer app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Scan the QR code (or enter the verification code manually) to establish the connection between your device and computer. DocsTransfer uses this QR-based sign-in process rather than a traditional username/password login.
- Once connected, you can transfer photos, videos, music, documents, and other files between your mobile device and computer over Wi-Fi.
If you’re having trouble connecting, make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network, or follow the USB transfer option shown on the login page.
