MIFOTRA e-Recruitment login

May 2, 2026May 2, 2026 Ndangira

Rwanda’s public sector is hiring — and the process has never been more accessible. The MIFOTRA E-Recruitment portal brings all government job opportunities to one secure, transparent, and fully digital platform.

What is the MIFOTRA E-Recruitment Portal?

Launched in 2017 by the Ministry of Public Service and Labour (MIFOTRA), E-Recruitment is Rwanda’s official online system for applying to government jobs. It is part of the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS), a broader initiative to digitalize public sector service delivery.

The platform was designed to make public service recruitment more efficient, fair, and cost-effective — while giving job seekers in Rwanda and the diaspora equal access to opportunities.
