How to Access My Swisscom (Login)
To log in to your account:
- Open the login page: https://login.scl.swisscom.ch/login or open the My Swisscom app on your phone
- Enter your Swisscom username
- Click “Continue”
- Enter your password
- Click “Confirm”
In some cases, you may be asked for a two-factor authentication code sent to your phone or email for security.
Tip: After your first login, you can enable fingerprint or facial recognition for faster access.
How to Create a New Swisscom Account
If you are new:
- Go to https://registration.scl.swisscom.ch or open the My Swisscom app
- Choose one of the registration methods:
- Mobile number for Swisscom mobile users
- Customer number and invoice number for home or internet users
- Email for non-customers
- Click “Next”
- Follow the steps to create your password and complete your profile
Once completed, you can log in anytime.
How to Recover Your Username
If you forgot your username:
- Visit https://recovery.scl.swisscom.ch
- Click “Forgot username?”
- Enter your email or phone number
- Enter the verification code you receive
- Click “Next” and reset your username

After logging in, you can:
- Manage your subscription and view usage
- Check and download invoices
- Order new services or packages
- Get support through the virtual assistant SAM
- Configure home internet and Wi-Fi settings
- Manage TV channels and devices
- Receive updates on network status and promotions
