To access the UR Self-Service portal, follow these steps:
- Visit the UR Self-Service Login Page Navigate to the official University of Regina UR Self-Service portal at www.uregina.ca/self-service
- Use Your uRegina Username and Password : Starting October 27, 2024, the login credentials for UR Self-Service are the same as those used for UR Courses. Enter your uRegina username and password to log in
- Authorized User Login (if applicable) : If you are an authorized user (e.g., someone granted access to a student’s financial records), select the “Authorized User Login” link at the bottom of the login page
Account Lockout Precaution : Be cautious when entering your credentials. After five failed login attempts, your account will be locked, and you may need to contact support to regain access

- Purchase textbooks
- View notifications including financial and parking holds
- Check academic probation status
- Access enhanced registration with real-time calendar updates
